Esmeralda, Valeria, and Cali share what they think the future of nutrition will look like. Esmeralda shares that she hopes to see more nutrition education in schools in hopes of preventing nutrient-related diseases later in life. Valeria shares how she believes that the healthcare system will rely more and more on RDNs for their expertise as more nutritional research develops. Lastly, Cali can see a future where RDNs continue to fight to end hunger and begin to focus more on food sustainability.
